Welcome to Moss Lea Kennels, we are a small family run business that prides our self in giving your dog a great stay. Situated just outside Levens, Cumbria on the A 590 in the heart of South Lakes, so if you live in the Kendal, Windermere, Oxenholme area we are easily located and are ideal if you want to drop off your pet en-route. We aim to make his/hers stay a fun and relaxing experience, whilst giving you the peace of mind that they re being cared for like they would at home. I do most of the work myself with the help of my husband Chris and our two children who also love to get involved in the looking after of your dog. With only being a small kennels, we have 8 in total which can sleep two/three dogs if you have more than one.

I am the first and last face your dog will see everyday so I get to build up a great relationship with each individual pet, which helps them to settle in and I get to know their own personality. If you need someone to look after your dog whilst you're on holiday whether its for one night or several weeks then Moss Lea Kennels are here for you. Dog Play Areas in Kendal
Here at Moss Lea Kennels, we provide your dogs with the fantastic holiday care and love that they deserve, so you can happily go on holiday without having to worry about your four-legged friend. We make sure to exercise your dog four times a day, this will be a comination of playtime and walks in the beautifull South Lakes and Cumbria countryside. With our secure outdoor dog play area and 5 acres, you can rest assured that your dog will never be bored. We can hold up to 16 dogs at a time, so be sure to call early to avoid disappointment. We are open between 8am-12pm and 4pm-6pm, but we can also allow for out-of-hours visits by arrangement.
